Addresses issue #190.

Adds fake typing classes to allow using type-annotations with special types like Any, Union or the cast() function within Micropython. The classes are without functionality.

For proper type-checking use CPythons mypy or similar type-checkers.

This is the upstream repository for the MicroPython project. The referenced project is the upstream of the pycopy project.

The base directory structure has been changed a bit in this repository. But apart from that the code in this merge request still seems relevant.

I fully agree with the goal,
but IMHO this is superseded by #584
