Error when activating conda env, conda 25.3.1

Output:

CondaError: Run 'conda init' before 'conda activate'

If I run conda activate base directly, nothing error.

And if I run /usr/bin/conda the output is still this conda error.

I found my conda is in ~/miniconda/condabin/ but not ~/miniconda/bin/ and the later is the conda in PATH.

Could anyone help me fix this?

Set python.condaPath to conda in settings.

Thanks. I added "python.condaPath": "conda" into settings.json and everything works fine.
