Description

Add link to the ScrAPI MCP Server repo to the readme under the official integrations list.

Motivation and Context

Add an additional server option for users looking to make use of web scraping functionality in their LLM queries.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with Claude Desktop (screenshots on the Github page and tested both local and cloud versions with MCP Inspector).
