Motivation and Context

• Adding ntfy-me-mcp server to README.md as a third party
• Adds the ability to fetch and send push notifications to your selfhosted ntfy server with auth token support from AI agents when a task is complete or runs into any issues with full markdown support and more to come. Available via local, npm package, and docker!

How Has This Been Tested?

Yes, with Github Copilot Agent mode, Continue, and Cline. "Do xyz and then notify me when done" or calling the tool directly with #ntfy_me - using local, npm package, and docker methods
