Add Apache Gravitino

Description

Adds the MCP server for Apache Gravitino into the thrid-party MCP server list. The code repo is https://github.com/datastrato/mcp-gravitino

Apache Gravitino is an unified metadata lake across all your sources, which provides a set of unified rest APIs. With LLM and MCP, user can easily explore the metadata and data they have, and do data governances.

Motivation and Context

Let more users to find Gravitino MCP server, and then collaborate to contribute on it.

How Has This Been Tested?

Yes, we already tested each tool of it from several MCP client includes Claude desktop, Goose.
