When loading a https:// swf on a http:// page, I get the following error as soon as I try to save any data to the SWF:

uncaught exception: Error in Actionscript. Use a try/catch block to find error.

The JS automatically tries to set '__flashbugfix'=1 to work around issue #11 so the above error happens immediately on load.

I suspect that there is a way to tell flashplayer to allow http js to access https .swf files, but I don't know what it is.

Workaround:

Change the swf_url config param from "https://site.com/path/to/swfstore.swf" to just "//site.com/path/to/swfstore.swf" - it will automatically choose the correct protocol and flashplayer will allow data to be shared between http and https.
