pypi2nix ignores -e URL in requirements.txt

The requirements.txt looks like this:

arrow
python-jose
scriptworker
signtool
#pefile==2016.3.4
-e git://github.com/erocarrera/pefile.git@master#egg=pefile
taskcluster

pefile is cloned but not installed.

current master now supports requirements file that lines start with http:// and https://.

that means you can now point to https://github.com/erocarrera/pefile/archive/master.tar.gz#egg=pefile

getting -e to work is still in todo, but would require some reorganization of code, planning it for 1.4.0 or 1.5.0 release

this feature actually requires quite some work since we need to calculate sha256 of any of the above mentioned version controls. postponing for now
