The existing
wire_format.rsshould share more types with thecodex-protocolcrate (likeAskForApprovalinstead of maintaining a parallelCodexToolCallApprovalPolicyenum), so this PR moveswire_format.rsintocodex-protocol, renaming it asmcp-protocol.rs.
