- Add .github/prompts/issue-labeler.txt with instructions and label taxonomy for Codex-driven labeling. - Introduce .github/workflows/issue-labeler.yml workflow: on issue opened or 'codex-label', generates prompt from previous issues, invokes Codex, and applies suggested labels. - Supports auto-labeling for common categories (bug, enhancement, extension, etc.) and trigger removal.
…h CLI - Streamline workflow to two jobs: label suggestion and label application - Replace lengthy JS scripting with direct use of openai/codex-action and CLI tools - Use jq and gh CLI for parsing Codex output and applying/removing labels - Remove custom prompt generation in favor of static prompt file - Reduce repeated logic and tighten up error handling/logging - Add explicit permissions blocks for minimal token
