Add in ANTLR the missing:

• Simple functions (finite, keepLastValues, keepFirstValues, toboolean, todouble, tolong, tostring)
• The quantize function
• The now keyword
• The fill (fill by a value) method as sampleBy fill parameter
• The Create a time series set methods: create, series, setLabels and setValues
