Absolute Johannes factotum

SCP-6685 (?)
SCP-6685 is an entryway to another dimension located on an island in northern Canada, which leads into a vast, silent forest known as SCP-6685-1. This forest is home to SCP-6685-2, a hostile, vaguely humanoid creature with plant-like skin and tendrils that can turn any living thing it sees into wood within a minute, making them resemble trees. The area around the entrance is closed off to the public, with a fake story about a landslide, and anyone who enters is considered lost, while those who somehow exit are immediately taken into custody.
Humanzee (?)
The "humanzee" is a hypothetical hybrid resulting from the crossbreeding of a human and a chimpanzee. While genetically very similar, humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes compared to apes' 24, with two ape chromosomes fused in humans, which makes successful hybridization difficult, though not entirely impossible, as seen in other species with differing chromosome numbers. Historically, there have been claims and serious attempts to create such a hybrid, notably by Soviet biologist Ilya Ivanovich Ivanov in the 1920s, who inseminated female chimpanzees with human sperm, but failed to achieve pregnancy. There were also unsubstantiated reports of similar experiments in China in the 1960s. Despite some historical speculation and the case of Oliver the chimpanzee, who was mistakenly believed to be a hybrid due to having 47 chromosomes, no scientifically verified human-chimpanzee hybrid has ever been produced. However, evolutionary biologists have found evidence suggesting that hybridization between early humans and chimpanzees might have played a role in the complex speciation process that led to the distinct human and chimpanzee lineages.
