Add institutional partners

Our governance docs say that institutional partners get "acknowledged on the pandas website" (among other things). The main website needs a general update, but I thought to already start adding them to the governance repo itself (similar to how they are listed in the jupyter governance repo).

I now added Continuum for Jeff and me, as I think Continuum matches the description of an institutional partner, as we both can do some pandas work during our working hours. Jeff, that is right?

To approve, maybe use the github thumb up

@jorisvandenbossche Sorry for the delay. Please list Two Sigma amongst the institutional partners. When you plan to update the website, could you ping me so I can give you a current logo asset for the website?

+1 though technically neither myself nor @jorisvandenbossche work for Continuum :> but can edit that later. Since we did for the last year this seems reasonable.

Yeah, I certainly want to have Continuum in the history of the file first like this :-)
We can remove it again later (our governance docs actually say: "If an existing Institutional Partner no longer has a contributing employee, they will be given a one-year grace period for other employees to begin contributing.")
