Updates Pattern Lab's Handlebars Engine to use the latest version of Handlebars (v4.5.3) per recommendation by @SingleSoulC_gitlab which appears to have addressed a few direct security issues based on the latest info showing up in Synk: https://snyk.io/vuln/npm:handlebars
