Broken Amazon links replaced by bookshop.org (because they are not evil) or by working Amazon links if that is the only retailer where the books are still available.
The dead links in the contributions section were mostly personal websites abandoned by their authors. (Interestingly their Github repositories were all still there.)
The only link not fixed is the one in /docs/libraries.md because that possibly needs slightly more editing.
