Auto build and compile based off of starter token name.
Full e2e testing with automated and simple to use scripts.
Multisig for starter policy and starter tx. Multisig inside the contract based off the same pkhs. Only 3 are used in this version. It can be increased if needed for mvp.
A single newm key handles nft and ft minting and ft burning but the multisig handles nft burning.
