qiniu_upload_manager::MultiPartsV1Uploader总是使用 4 MB 分片大小，无论qiniu_upload_manager::DataPartitionProvider返回多大的分片大小。qiniu_upload_manager::SerialMultiPartsUploaderScheduler和qiniu_upload_manager::ConcurrentMultiPartsUploaderScheduler对空间所在区域上传对象失败后，会使用多活区域继续重试，直到其中有一个能成功为止。
