Fixed link to the ARM Cortex-A7 MPcore Processor Reference ManuaL - previous link redirected to the ARM documentation site root and not the actual document.

Looks like Arm have rearranged their documentation site again.
This LGTM, but pinging @pelwell for a double-check.

I followed the link. It took me to the Cortex A7 MPCore Technical Reference Manual. I think that counts as success.
