Add JRuby 1.7.0.preview2

As far as I can tell, the jruby-1.7.0-preview1 tarball is still available, so I didn't remove it.

Thanks for the ⚡ fast merge. Any idea when this will make it into homebrew? I was kind of hoping it would ship in advance of JRubyConf EU, which starts this Friday at 9:30 AM CEST.

Also, curious to get your thoughts on #194.

Don't you need to roll a new tarball first?

It looks like the most recent tag is 3 months old: https://github.com/sstephenson/ruby-build/tags

Or should I generate my own tag in sferik/ruby-build and submit the pull request to homebrew pointing at that? Will the homebrew guys be okay with that?
