Bingo! It looks great can't wait. wondering will it display ALL posts or by SITE. |
@BrianPuckett -- as implemented it's all your posts from all sites that were written in WordLand. |
Excellent @scripting thank you. I believe I see an EDIT function which is helpful in getting to old post(s) for editing. Suggestion: Are you thinking of including the Site Name in Timeline. as alternative to tabbing (<-- -->) through post in edit for updates, deletes, etc? I have multiple posts to multiple WP Sites so tabbing is bit cumbersome as need to go through ALL *referencing Site Name at bottom of Editor) to get to one I want to update. Thanks Brian Just giving input no need to reply. |
@BrianPuckett -- these are all good ideas. the arrow keys allow you to move through the list. i have been mostly focused on getting it working, and not focused on embellishments, including the sitename is a good idea, and the ability to delete posts is also a good idea. the edit icon does indeed allow you to switch back to the editor with the post in the editor (after confirmation). i hope to have timelines do a lot of work in this product -- let's see how it's received by other users. ;-) |

@BrianPuckett -- what's the peeve? not sure what the shorthand means. ;-) |
sry misspoke not a complaint 4 sure. meant my #1 request (as a person
w/multiple sites) would be an alternate way to navigate posts for editing.

I don't want to explain too much about it, because it may have many uses in the future, and I don't want to close any options off.
It will be far more interesting imho for people who have been using WordLand for a while. And thankfully, even though there haven't been any new feature releases in a couple of weeks, more people are using it every day. And there's a group of people who are clearly using it as the main way of writing for their WordPress sites. This is enough to keep the engine stoked with fuel. Users are central to the evolution of a product like this.
Anyway here's a screen shot.
