RF3 channel offset on u-blox ZED-X20P

pygpsclient 1.5.8 does not honor the central frequency for RF3 in MON-SPAN and plots it over RF2

Should be fixed in branch RC-1.5.9, which you can install as follows:

python3 -m pip install git+https://github.com/semuconsulting/pygpsclient@RELEASE-CANDIDATE-1.5.9

I'd be grateful if you could install and test this branch yourself and confirm that it resolves the issue. Thanks.
