This PR is used to release 0.4.0 versions of next-auth.

@BracketJohn For the peer dependency of next-auth, perhaps it doesn't have to be as strict to the specific version and can be something like ^4.18.0 or maybe even ^4? Not sure what features of next-auth is being used by nuxt-auth so probably can't go that far back. I think it should be the earliest version that is required by the module so then it's less maintenance from the module side to continuously need to update it. Right now I can't install 0.4.0-alpha unless my next-auth package is exactly that version

Thanks for the remark - we do not need at least 4.8.18 as this fixes a bunch of regressions that next-auth themselves had. So I'll relax it a bit and set it to ^4.8.18. Checkout #192
