[Bug] [Docs] Broken PyPI downloads badge from pepy.tech

What happened?

The pepy.tech badge used for showing monthly downloads on the docs home page as well as in the README is broken and not working. It throws a 404 page when the badge link is opened. I think they’ve moved the badge to a new format, which is why this issue is happening.
