[doc] Solving a typo plus some rewording in "SUSE Telco Cloud"

In the first paragraph there is a typo to solve: teelcom network vendors (instead of telecom).

Second paragraph currently says:
SUSE Telco Cloud is a complete Telco cloud stack for hosting CNFs, including 5G Packet Core, Cloud RAN, OSS and BSS.

I think it would be more exact to say something as:
SUSE Telco Cloud is a complete Telco-enabled cloud native stack for hosting CNFs, covering all telecom domains: Packet Core, RAN, OSS and BSS.
