The following command (`npm ci`) installs dependencies for a production environment and is redundant with `npm install`.

Hello! This is a tiny PR to improve the
Dockerfile. It removes an unnecessarynpm install(it's redundant with thenpm cithat comes right after it). That was my mistake.
