vim-rails does not work with rails engines

vim-rails does not work with rails engines, here I get:

E492: Not an editor command: Rmodel

when using ":Rmodel" (same goes for every other command).

It would be great if vim-rails would work with rails engines as well.

Also, the error message is very misleading as it implies that something with the plugin set up is not right ("command not found") when it rather should say something like "Not in a rails directory" or something similar.

Adding a note to the FAQ about this. If you touch config/environment.rb, it will mostly work, but it's not officially supported.

Providing a better message is only possible by making these buffer-local commands into global commands--not going to happen.
