[List] Translation Forks

I know we can't do PR for languages yet.
But, could we have an open issue with the list of language forks so as not to duplicate efforts?

Since 0.x is stable enough, and we have basically archived 0.x at 0.x branch, translation PR for 0.x are welcome for now!

I'd be willing to do a German translation. Although I'd prefer doing it for the (next) 1.0.0 release. Maybe you could let us know when you're accepting PRs against master for 1.0?
