Verify the IA2 mappings for the address element

Issue #164 fixed the mapping of `address` for ATK. I _suspect_ that a similar change will be needed for IA2 because I think the SECTION roles are pretty much employed in the same fashion. Perhaps @asurkov could weigh in here?
