CfC: HTML 5.2 to Candidate Recommendation #969

Please note: there was an editorial mistake in the notice for this CFC.
Please note the following features will be listed as "at-risk", and may
be removed by the end of the CR period, if testing shows there is not
likely interoperability of implementation:
* The |inputmode| attribute for |input| elements
*The |menu| and |menubutton| elements
This should have been the |menuitem| element, not the non-existent
|menubutton| element.

This CFC passes with numerous positive responses and no objections. The WebPlat chairs will initiate the transition to CR for HTML5.2. |
