there isn't "more information" at the ietf-org link (it just points back here) so relabeled that link as a "see also" to reflect present reality rather than aspirations. if it changes in the future, this doc can be updated at that point.

How is "for more information" different than "see also"? I see these as equivalent.

"more information" makes an explicit claim, that there is more as in greater than, or additional non-zero, information at the destination.

"see also" is neutral, at most implying a related resource, and makes no claim that there is or is not more or additional information.

as the PR title notes, this is a minor edit for a minor difference

"Related:" would also be roughly equivalent to "See also:".
