Merge pull request #11 from a2intl/add-adc

Add adc function

Fixes #3

Removed setq name as it's more a set! scheme-style function, set-car! set-cdr! used
instead of setcar setcdr, and set, setqq also removed.

Wiki examples updated. Let me know if something else broken.
