People tend to question Ethos' loyalty and intent, at least to a degree. And for the most part they shouldn't because he is loyal (see: secret life zombie infection) he still has a bit of unpredictability to it.

i never took the time to consider just how fun Etho and Skizz finding themselves in a relationship is. finding a good balance. SLOOW burn of a relationship. Skizz would be like a dog who knows he can't jump on someone but very much wanting affection and Etho who is warming up to the idea
