After starting their return online, shoppers bring their items to a Return Bar® location of their choice, without needing to package or print anything.

Returned items are scanned and verified to help reduce fraud

Every item in the return is scanned and verified using our patent-pending process, ensuring the correct items and number of items are present. AI assesses the risk of each return, flagging returns with the highest risk.

Refunds and exchanges are initiated instantly

As soon as the return is approved, the shopper's refund or exchange is initiated, and they receive an email confirmation. This reduces 'Where is my refund?' calls. For returns with high risk, the refund is delayed until it’s been audited with Return Vision.

Returns are consolidated and shipped together, reducing costs

Returns from all retailers are consolidated and shipped together to the closest regional Return Hub.

Return Vision™ audits high-risk returns

When high-risk returns arrive at our Return Hubs, we photograph each item and use AI-powered Return Vision to compare it to the retailer's online catalog.

If the audit flags an inconsistency, the refund is withheld. If the item passes, the refund is released to the shopper.

Bulk shipments leave our warehouse with advanced notice

When returns arrive to our regional Hubs, they are sorted by retailer, boxed, palletized, and shipped in bulk with advanced shipping notice to the retailer.

Compared to receiving thousands of individual return packages, our consolidated, bulk shipments helping improve efficiency of restock upon arrival, saving time and money.
