The Accounts tab of a talent profile now has a new look with additional features and flexibility for more information.

Payees

You can now create any number of payees for a talent, each with their own tax and bank details:

A specific payee can then be used for any booking that should be paid to that payee or account. If a talent has more than one payee, you can select it within their settings in a booking:

For talent that have both individual and business tax entities, this allows for either one to be selected for a given booking.

Identification

Identification is a new section to store any number of IDs, memberships, or programs.

Drivers licenses, passports, insurance, or medical policies can all be stored here.

You can now share an iCal feed with your talent, for them to sync their Syngency chart with Google Calendar.

You'll find the Share Calendar button on the toolbar of the Chart tab in their profile:

This will show a unique feed URL that can be copy/pasted into Google Calendar (or other iCal feed-compatible calendar apps)

In Google Calendar, talent can then follow these instructions to add Syngency as a new calendar .

Google Calendar will then stay in sync with any future Syngency bookings.

When selecting for packages or castings, talent search results will show measurements, instead of the default popover details (contact information, etc).

Agents and talent can now upload to audio galleries directly from SoundCloud, by entering the URL of a SoundCloud track such as this:

Agents can do this from any audio gallery, by clicking Upload > From Link

In the talent portal, users can do this by clicking Upload File > From SoundCloud

Copy/paste the URL of a SoundCloud track (not a profile) into the URL field:

and click Upload File to upload it to Syngency.

Improvement

You can now select and reorder multiple images at once in Gallery Packages:

Just select the images you want to move, then drag them into the new position. This will move all selected images at once, then de-select them once you drop them into place.

You can now bulk import website redirects from CSV, as well as exporting your existing redirects to CSV.

You'll find these new functions in the dropdown under Website > Redirects:

We've added a new right-click context menu to Attachments:

Quickly rename and delete attachments, and if you are using Syngency's website integration, publish specific attachments so they are available from the talent profile page on your site.

You can now switch between Gross revenue (Talent Fees + Agency Fees):

and Net revenue (Agency Fees + Talent Commissions):

on your dashboard's Monthly Revenue panel.

You can now merge two bookings into one, with the new Merge Booking feature available from the dropdown menu in the Details tab of a booking:

(the existing Duplicate Booking and Create Package functions have also been moved here from the dropdown menu that was previously attached to the booking's Save button).

This will copy the following from the source booking into the destination booking, then delete the source booking:
