first rule of storing tupperware is have fun and be yourself. second suggestion is slam the cabinet door quickly and don’t worry ‘bout it.

btw I’ve found these stretches from the WAK blog very helpful when knitting a lot:

Plus make sure to take breaks regularly - and stop if anything starts to hurt!

especially with gift knitting I know it can be tempting to push through it for a deadline, but it’s really not worth causing long term injury. (And anyone knit-worthy should be understanding of that, imho.) Stay well :)

Also good for artists drawing with pencils/on a tablet/with a pen!

Also good for writers

And crocheters (that word looks wrong)

I am so very serious when I say that minors should have a legal and easily reinforceable right to say "I don't want to live with my parents (or other adult caretakers)/I don't want to be around that person/I don't want to go to that place" and actually get their wish accommodated. So much childhood trauma could be avoided or ended if children actually had the right to leave the situation or the person hurting them.

Misogynoir for cavemen

he broke it down in its simplest form and they still won't get it ..

dog body language is soo context dependent..yesterday brick stood in the kitchen, head down, ears back, tail not tucked but very down, glancing around and occasionally yawning. you'd think she's anxious in an otherwise calm environment.

her kong was 30 minutes late. i put the plates on the table and then lunch took way way longer than usual and she was standing there very pathetically because clearly she's starving. she needs a kong so bad. why are you not giving it to her. why. why. hey. look how miserable she is. look. witness me.

guess who's kong is late again

a brown and tan dog standing a little to the side, head facing right with a sad expression. her tail is down and she looks very sadALT

Trying to get a good photo for the website, and she was just so dang cute about it.

i hate seeing people now making fun of those who care about privacy online. i've seen people saying things like "well they already have your data. what are companies going to do with it" and it's like, that's not the point. it's that companies /shouldn't/ be able to have my data and sell it. am i aware they probably already have my data? yes, absolutely. but i'm still going to try and keep them from monetizing it any further, why are we defending companies selling data they shouldn't have to begin with though?

adding this to the post because, 100%, just there's a fire doesn't mean you should pour gasoline on it

I have like ten different ad and/or tracking blockers on my PC and phone... just out of pure spite

Can link it? I wish to hop aboard that train.
