This usually happens when a survey provider has a late-stage quality check or a technical error. Since this happened twice in a row, please reach out to our support team within the app. We would like to look into those specific survey to see if we can make it right for you.

Very good for pocket money
I love it, and it helped me, my only problem is that some times certain surveys will tell you, you completed the survey then kick you out and/or not pay you. And I have been getting more and more screenouts randomly, even after completing the survery or barely starting it at all. I'm worried if I ask customer support for help too much it will put my account under investigation. I'm really glad you guys developed this app I hope it continues to do well for you.
