I had a very poor experience with Allsorter’s customer support, which ultimately led me to cancel after being a customer for several years.

I experienced a business-critical issue and attempted to contact support via their support line. Despite this, I waited over four hours for a helpful response while resumes that needed to be sent to clients were backing up. In any recruitment business, this is not a minor inconvenience — it directly impacts revenue and client delivery.

After firing Allsorter and moving to an alternative provider (which, incidentally, is $100 per seat per month cheaper for the same product), I left a factual review outlining my experience. This was partly to vent, but also to warn other recruiters — something I believe is entirely reasonable for a paying customer.

I then offered to provide feedback directly to the CEO. Instead, I received a phone call from him that was confrontational from the outset, during which I was threatened with a retaliatory negative review of my own business. I found this response utterly disgusting. Not going to lie - I lost my temper.

I was also told that it was unreasonable to expect someone to answer a support line or to respond within a reasonable timeframe, even when the issue was business-critical as it was "only a 75 Euro per month service".

That perspective alone should give prospective customers pause.

I mean - think about that for a minute.

Speed to market it absolutely critical in this game. He basically said he didn't care. Do you want that guy in charge of your speed to market? I don't.

To any recruitment business — large or small — I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before entering into an agreement with this company. There are better, more professional alternatives in the market.

Great product and great customer support from Nazish & a super quick turnaround from Martin. I'd highly recommend Allsorter.

The product is reliable and saves hours of time in formatting CVs. Easy to add team members. Customer service is attentive /quick. All - in great value for money

I have been using Allsorter resume formatting as a third party integration since 2020, so 5.5 years. The program itself is amazing with constant updates and additions, the cost is very reasonable and the aftercare and all the back end tech support is actually priceless - This is the best platform for resume formatting as it is an excellent easy to use program, cost effective and tech support is beyond excellent. I am so happy and have been for the last 5.5 years.

Dan from Allsorter is incredible. He is truly an asset to their team. Dan has been our contact for a few years now and is always on the ball, making sure our resumes are on point. Great costumer service, fix problems really fast, AI works great and fast

Tameekah and Dan were fantastic to deal with, Excellent experience, after 5 mins with Tameekah the deal was done and Dan went over and above to ensure i had the product ready for use quicker than originally agreed as i had to use it immediately.
