When one of us wasn't feeling well, he came back to the riad, just to be present. Unexpected and very much appreciated! And that's just one of many examples of hospitality, caring, and warmth that we received and appreciated during our 10 days of travel. We are seasoned travelers.

Highly recommend. I would connect all my friends and family to him to explore the wonders of Morocco.
Karl is a master behind the scenes. What a comfort it is to know that his vast travel experience is attuned to your needs, leaving you free to relax, sleep, play... You get the idea. Being the master planner of my own extended family's celebrations, I really noticed how well he anticipates situations and presents you with "problem" (if any!) and solution at the same time. In our case, the trains in Spain were stopped due to ra recent accident and necessary repairs. His messages are timely, as if we were the only family he needed to attend to. Highly recommend

He helped us plan our “Farm Themed “ holiday and we learned a lot about farming in Costa Rica. We stayed on an organic farm lodge where they had a fantastic farm to table restaurant, went on an agricultural biking day including visiting a research farm with Bike Arenal and had an amazing farm tour of a 500 acre pineapple farm!

What terrible website!
What terrible website!! It will show you availability at the place you want to stay but it is not actually available. They let you confirm and give you a final price without actually booking it. They tell you that you can pay later because they don't actually have the rooms.....What a joke. I planned out entire tip around this availability and now I have to start over. Unprofessional!!
Thank you for you response Zach! Unfortunately, your website is set up to look like an instant booking platform. It is very misleading and I’m sure that is on purpose to get people to call in and use your service. Very sketchy way to do things and it makes people slides more difficult. When you enter dates and look for availability and it gives you an exact price to the penny and ask you if you want to book it or reserve it at 100% gives the impression that the room is available when there is no way of knowing. Very shady way to drive people to call your company. No I did not try and book or reserve this unit, something did not look right so I called your customer service number, and the gentleman from Pakistan or India or wherever he was from told me that you cannot book online it’s only through the agents. So obviously I did not try and book online or try and confirm anything..

Based on what we can see, this review does not appear to be based on a genuine travel experience with Anywhere.
That said, I want to clarify how our service works, as there may be some misunderstanding. Anywhere is a trip design and booking service, not an instant booking engine. When availability is displayed and a trip is submitted, that begins a manual confirmation process with our trusted in-country partners. No accommodations are booked and no payment is taken until availability is fully confirmed and shared with the traveler.
This process exists because many of the boutique hotels and local operators we work with do not use real-time inventory systems. Confirming directly helps prevent overbooking and ensures accuracy before any commitment is made. At no point are travelers charged for unavailable accommodations, and no trip is finalized without explicit confirmation.
I understand how disappointing it can be when preferred options are unavailable, and when this happens our team works quickly to present comparable alternatives. That said, we take the integrity of our reviews seriously, and it is important for readers to understand when feedback is not tied to an actual client experience. None of our agents are based in Pakistan or India since they are not countries that we design travel for. I would encourage the reviewer to read through our reviews from actual clients before making so many assumptions.

Our guide, Vicente did a tremendous job. We changed our minds several times and he was most accommodating. He was prompt with his responses, courteous and informative. He was always available and responsive to every question or request we had. I felt I had him by my side while we traveled.I hope to always have him to help us when we come back to Costa Rica.

Seamless, professional and perfect!
Our entire experience from the initial inquiry to the final stop was seamless and enjoyable. Braunny, our trip designer, listened to our needs and made recommendations that fit our interests and budget. He was professional and responsive both leading up and while we were travelling.
