I'd give negative stars if I could. This company is nothing more then a front for con artist. They never ship your purchase despite them " creating a shipping label " & supposedly delivering it to the post office where my order is still sitting since January 5. The phone number is fake. The address is some warehouse. Then when they finally respond to emails, they come up with BS excuses as to why its still at the post office. Then when you ask to cancel the order & request a refund, they're nowhere to be found. They just simply ignored me from that point on. The rare responses simply stopped completely. Fortunately my credit card that I used to pay for the order resolved it for me & got me my full refund. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ARMOTECH!!!!

Order never showed up and the customer service would not reply. Definitely a scam...DON'T BUY!

Ordered 2 of the 3.0 mounts on Jan 2, 2026. They both arrived via USPS on Jan 10th. The product was nicely packaged, and came with mounting hardware. The only problem is, I was planning on using this for a Sig P365 with a Streamlight TLR-7 sub flashlight. It doesn't fit. The flashlight is too wide to go in. I tried it on a Springfield Compact .45, a Sig P238, and a S&W performance center 9mm and they all fit fine. There's nothing wrong with the product, but they really should offer a list of lights that fit and don't fit. The Sig P365 and the streamlight are an extremely popular combo, and I have a hard time believing they didn't try this and realize it's not going to work. I hope the rest of you get your products.

One star only because it won’t take zero stars. I ordered a combo pack of their 3.0 magnet firearm holder. It advertised as it would accommodate a weapon with a light. I received it and it did not work with the light I had. So I ordered a smaller streamline light and it also did not work. I’ve attempted to contact him several times by email and received no response. They’re listed phone numbers do not work and there is no chat line. This company are thieves and steal your money and will not return defective products. Do not purchase from them.

Wow--SAME story as all the other reviews, I'm realizing and am so bummed about it. Trying to call and get in touch and have an order "waiting in Miami" just like everyone else. Will be so mad if it never ships!!

Takes FOREVER to get the product (weeks) as the mail system says it's "waiting in Miami". Company email contact system is a complete fraud, does not exist and there is no way to contact this outfit. Service is DISMAL at the very best. They don't give a rat's butt in "service". The only saving grace is if you ever do get your purchase, it works.

Wow, same thing guys. I feel like an idiot. I ordered this on the 15th. I live in Miami like some of the reviews I’m reading and it doesn’t take that long. It’s been sitting in the Postal Service supposedly facility for seven days. The email is bogus, phone number has five numbers at the end. Complete scam this company

My tracking shows "waiting for acceptance" in Miami since 12/16. Nobody answers the phone or emails. From other reviews I can see I'm not the only one. Hoping it is not a scam like everyone is saying but it appears to be. Will be disputing the charge if my order does not arrive by the 24th.

This company is fraudulent. They collected payment, yet I have not received the order. The status has remained 'pending acceptance" in Miami for several weeks. Additionally, the customer service number is non-operational.

SCAM- product never arrived. has said awaiting acceptance in miami florida for over 2 weeks. no response from customer service.

Order placed on 7 Dec 2025, received "Confirmed Order" email, 8Dec25 Item Shipped Email, checked status with USPS and the Miami Post Office is awaiting receipt of package for 10 days now.
This appears to be a SCAM company. Reviews should allow <0 reporting for SCAM companies.

Ordered several items for Christmas on December 5th and they are in "Awaiting Item(s)" with USPS in Miami. Support email is non-existent and phone number goes to a wrong number. I file a report with Federal Trade Commission and my credit card company.

I did receive my order on December 27th and all components were as advertised. Just took forever to arrive

Never received the item. Emailed multiple times with no response. Tracking still says "pending acceptance in Miami."

This company is a scam! They took their payment and I never received the order. It has been " pending acceptance" in Miami for almost a month. The email " doesn't exist" yet I receive emails from it daily for " 15% off next purchase" the second I try to respond it comes back immediately as " email does not exist" .

If I had an option for zero star I would. Order from them and no update. No one returning emails and the phone number has too many #'s to be an actual phone #

Complete sham of a company phone numbers got too many digits in it and it will not work. Nobody responds to any emails. There is no 24/7 tech-support. My order has been in Miami for a month.

This company needs to be investigated for fraud, my order has not arrived, you call and get a overseas operator from Vietnam, I'll be calling the State about getting their business revoked.

This is a complete scam. There's no customer service, email back, or phone number that works. I needed a return label, but I couldn't obtained one.
I'm going through my bank now to place a claim.
