I had a very disappointing experience with this seller.
I ordered an induction cooktop in January 2026 via MediaMarkt Marketplace. The parcel was never delivered and was officially declared lost by GLS. The seller initially promised to send a replacement if the parcel could not be located.
However, after the investigation confirmed the parcel was lost, the seller delayed the process, repeated incorrect information, and avoided providing a clear solution. Due to these delays, the product went out of stock and I am now forced to buy it elsewhere for a significantly higher price.
Customer service was slow, inconsistent, and not solution-oriented. As a customer, I felt left alone to deal with a problem that was not my fault.
I strongly do not recommend this seller based on my experience.

I ordered a high-value TV (ordered as “77-inch OLED C5E”) — but what I received was the wrong model (“C54”). Immediately I raised the problem and asked for the correct one, expecting a fast and proper exchange. What followed was a nightmare of delays, broken promises and absurd logistics.
What went wrong:
The delivery was late — repeatedly postponed, with no fixed delivery time. The time window shifted multiple times per day; each time I refreshed the tracking link, it was delayed further. I was forced to wait all day with two other people to help receive and install the TV — for nothing.
Once I complained, the company did not offer to deliver the correct TV directly; instead they demanded I return the incorrect one and wait for them to send the replacement — meaning I would have to coordinate two pick-ups / deliveries and wait weeks. That’s unacceptable for a purchase of this magnitude.
Their proposed courier pick-up is vague: no time slot, no assurance of delivery to my living room — I would need to arrange helpers twice (for removal and re-installation). For their TV, they treat me as if I were buying socks.
Overall communication has been sluggish, evasive, and templated — no genuine accountability or willingness to solve the problem in anything resembling a professional way.
Conclusion and warning to others:
Art Electronics displays a shocking lack of respect for customers who spend thousands of euros. Their “we’ll correct it for free” promises ring hollow when the solution creates twice as much hassle, and they offer no guarantee of convenience or timely resolution. If you value your time, sanity and peace of mind, do not buy from them. I will never do business with them again — and I strongly advise others to stay away until they overhaul their delivery and customer-service practices.

They scammed me with a broken TV, and when I tried to return it, they made it very difficult and even implied that it wasn’t broken (even though the photo clearly showed the damaged panel) and that I had damaged it myself.
I will definitely never buy from them again.

The appropriate information is provided for the consumer and the delivery time is excellent and done with care. Communication is exactly as required and above all the product was of the expected quality.
My rating is zero star. They sold me a TV that they didn't have in stock, and after announcing that the supply period was unknown, they canceled my order, and after 2 days they announced that the amount paid would be refunded in 10 days. It seems like a scam site rather than a TV seller, this was my worst experience online shopping.
Just blown away by the service. I am in Belgium and ordered at 21h51. Delivered next day at 11am (This from Netherlands). Never in my life have I ever received something so quickly this far away. The TV is also amazing at the best price. 5/5 star service 🙏

Recently I bought TV at Art Electronics through MediaMarket and I really like service provided (especially comparing to my experience with another seller).
Tracking number and invoice were provided the same day (despite Friday evening). I called service and did ask about possibility to deliver at certain day and it was arranged.
Delivery was made via Connected Logistics company and that one also was quite smooth.
The only regret - I bought it through MediaMarket, buying it directly would be a little cheaper )

I purchased a television on MediaMarkt on 5/1. The order apparently was being fullfilled by a third party seller Arts Electronics. The order was supposed to be delivered by 5/3 the latest. Post NL sent their initial deliver for 5/2, then changed it to 5/2 in the evening. They changed the delivery again to 5/3, and then sent an email that they could not deliver until 5/4. Then I received another email on 5/4 that stated that the delivery would be on 5/6. On 5/4 I reached out to MediaMarkt and they told me that they sold the TV through a 3rd party. The third part has been giving me the run-around. They said that the package was probably lost in transit from the translation that I put in. Then they said that they would need to file a claim with PostNL after I asked for a refund of the product, and retracted saying that they don't know if the package was lost. I would like a refund for the product that I never received. They're holding on to money for a product that was never received. Why they would send this through PostNL, and not a FedEx or DHL service is another question. I also contacted PostNL on Saturday, and they stated that the package was not set for next day delivery, even though on MediaMarkt online website stated that I would get the next day or two. I spoke to PostNL again on Monday, May 6, and they told me that the seller, Arts Electronics is still responsible for the shipment, even though I have not received it. Both MediaMarkt and Arts Electronics are holding off on refunding me even though I have not received the product. Do not buy from these people. Especially if on MediaMarkt online, they will use a third party and send through regular mail. Who sends something that large and not send via a DHL or FedEx?! I had called my bank to dispute the charge, and they said at this point I would need to take legal action. Art Electronics hasn't even offered to send another television for the one that was never received.
UPDATE: I spoke to a representative from Art Electronics this morning, May7, and they had mentioned that the package was lost by PostNL. They said the investigation with PostNL should take two more days and they should know more. Why if the package was LOST, have they not refunded?! This is the worst business practice and customer service I’ve ever encountered!
UPDATE: 5/10/2024 I finally received a refund for the TV I never received. To be honest, a consumer should never have to wait until an investigation is done with the shipping company and themselves. It is not the buyers/consumers fault that the company decided to send something via a courier that is not of DHL or FedEx caliber and it knowly gets lost or stolen. I was asked to change the star marks, however, never in my life have I dealt with a company that doesn't refund a consumer immediately upon knowing that a product is lost or stolen. Perhaps the the company should also change the courier that they use for a courier that will take more tact in handling these types of electronics. I will however, up the rating to two stars for Betty's help in getting this resolved.

I was in doubt because the store has few reviews and I ended up deciding to buy it.
I purchased a TV on Thursday 23rd November and received it on Tuesday 28th November.
The price was very good and the TV was in perfect condition.
My complaint is about the delivery, I received 2 delivery emails that were not made but were listed as a delivered product.
The store needs to improve delivery and customer service.
I am really pleased with the communication and support, also very quick with delivering the TV, so far they have all my attentiom, I already suggeted to other people, keep doing good work.
