My daughter was devastated when she lost one of her earrings as she believed the clasp was faulty. I emailed customer services late on a Sunday afternoon not really expecting a response until Monday. It was all sorted within half an hour. A replacement is on the way and my daughter couldn’t be happier.
100% recommended, will definitely buy again. Customer services and after care are second to none. Thanks to Mary for sorting this so efficiently and quickly.

I am a return customer. And today was a prime example why. I recieved my order and one of the six pairs had an issue staying closed. I was kind of bummed. Stoked about the other pairs though. I sent a video of the manufacturer’s defect through their website and they gave me options of a gift card or full product replacement. Friggen love this company

I’m officially an Ask & Embla girlie! I have been seeking out new gold tone jewelry and found their style and taste matches with mine! I ordered their Sacrilege Ecclesia necklace, simple Halo ring and Gnosticing and I fell in love! Shipping time was perfect and fast in Hawaii time (usually takes about a week and a half). I've bought a lot of alternative jewellry from Ask & Embla, and I have never been disappointed. The quality is always top tier. My only complaint would be the prices, since a lot of the items are "just" made from steel, but still are extremely pricey.

I have several items from Ask&Embla and I honestly love all of them. They are high quality and unique designs. I had an issue with one item. I emailed support, she got back to me in less than 10 minutes!! And we got the issue taken care of by the next day. I can’t remember having any on line customer service that fast! I will definitely buy more. And when people ask me “where did you get that?” I will be sure to highly recommend Ask&Embla!

I have been a fan of their jewelry for years! My ears are full of their stackers that I wear everyday for every activity and they have endured the test of time. After nonstop wearing for many years now, they have not broken or discolored. I recently purchased a pair of atomic hangers and they are beautifully made and have a nice weight to them. I will definitely be treating myself again soon with some of the pieces I’ve had my eye on.

I had a terrible experience with Ask & Embla. The necklace I ordered arrived faulty, and the quality was nowhere near what I’d expect for the price.
Customer service was just as disappointing. It took over two weeks to receive the return label, and from there the communication felt inconsistent and untrustworthy. Their words and actions never lined up.
Originally I was told I’d receive the refund once the item was in transit because I’d supplied a video and a photo of the faulty of product anyway, but then they said they would need to inspect it upon arrival. After it arrived, I had to chase because at this point it’s already been three weeks since I received the faulty necklace. I then got promised a refund at the 30-day mark, but only after I told them I would dispute the transaction with my bank because they were continuously dragging their feet.
Even then, the refund didn’t actually happen. A week later, nothing had been processed. I chased again and specifically asked for proof of the refund that I suddenly received a confirmation email — on that same day. It was very clear the refund had not been issued when they said it had.
Overall, the product quality was poor, the customer service was incredibly slow, and the refund process was needlessly drawn out and stressful. Based on this experience, I absolutely wouldn’t recommend shopping with them.
EDIT: In further addition to provide context on their reply, it took two weeks for them to send the return label, and the whole reason I had been chasing for it was because I knew I would be away on holiday and expected them to say I was out of return window by the time I got back. In the end, I had to post it the day before my holiday which was not ideal but better than the alternative. I had told them I wouldn’t be able to reply while on holiday but they clearly had their own access to track info since they provided it. Their reply further shows their inexperience in customer service — instead of just apologising, they’re trying to make it seem like the onus is on the customer. “Peak volumes causing delays in final processing” is also not what they said about the refund transaction going through at the time, so another change in their story. Disappointing but not surprising at this point.

Worst store ever. The jewelry is literal garbage, broke in the first use and they refused to refund me. Couldn’t send me a new pair either because evidently the item went out of production. They wanted to give me a gift certificate but nothing on their website was the same price so inevitably I’d have to give them more money. Wouldn’t work with me at all until I threatened to get refunded by my bank instead. Don’t buy from them, it’s not worth it. Cheap, overpriced, ridiculous costumer service.
