I’ve been using Autodeclaro for my tax calculations, and honestly, I don’t think there’s any real alternative out there, especially for handling investment calculations. They really make things easy when it comes to filing your AutoRenta form — everything’s in one place, and it saves a ton of time.

For the price, it’s great value, and on top of that, the team is super kind and helpful. I reached out via WhatsApp and email, and they were always quick to respond and really supportive.

I’ll definitely use their service again next year. Thanks for making tax stuff a lot less stressful!

How to make something cheap out of something expensive

Very interesting tool for making the tax models required by spanish tax authorities. Pretty user friendly and the answer quickly all the questions. Highly recommendable.

I'd have given 5 stars for the Form720 product. That worked great.
But the Form721 product was a terrible disappointment. I was late doing the work - that's my fault - but I had managed to get everything into the Google table template and I had the XML file in hand with about an hour to go before the deadline. I was confident I'd make it - but then - ??how to use the XML file?? I searched and searched your website for the instructions, but they could not be found. Yes! 6 hours after I missed the deadline I discovered that there is an "instructions" link in the delivery email. But is that a reason to bury the instructions without trace from the point of view of links in your web pages? What would it hurt to put a great big red link to the upload instructions in your web pages? When people are stressed they overlook details. You have to put the critical links right in their faces.
"Cliente de web service" on the AEAT website meant nothing to me! So I ended up discarding your XML file and entering my 54 pages of Form721 input painstakingly by hand one value at a time!
By the way, your Google table template has no option to enter the date at which a crypto has been sold. It appears to assume that only the 31 December date is relevant, which is emphatically not the case.

Later note: Within hours of writing this review I was contacted by Daniel Zapardiel who explained that he could have supported me in more-or-less real time (which is impressive given that this was all taking place late on Easter Sunday). He also refunded both my Form721 and Form720 subscriptions, which is way beyond what I would expect, as the Form720 case worked really well for me. So I have asked him to let me pay for the very successful Form720 case. And I will surely come back to this service in future years, especially since I have a better idea now how it works.

Working with AutoDeclaro to complete our Form 720 declaration has been a 5 star experience. This was our first time as tax residents in Spain, and the process felt complex, opaque, and a little intimidating. In addition, our From 720 declaration has some complexities that require knowledge and attention to detail. We worked with Daniel during the entire process and could not have been happier nor more impressed with him. The quality and depth of the support we received from Daniel, and his capacity and willingness to answer questions, have been outstanding and was instrumental in making us feel at ease and confident during the process. We had trouble filling out our confusing 720 form for declaring foreign assets to the Spanish tax agency. We discovered AutoDeclaro.es and they were very helpful in getting our 720 form filled out in time.

They have 2 options to help clients:

For 15 Euros they help clients fill out the 720 form but clients must present it themselves to the Tax Agency.

For 70 Euros all the client has to do is provide AutoDeclaro.es with one's necessary asset information, then AutoDeclaro.es will fill it out, give it back to the client to check if it is correct, and then AutoDeclaro.es will submit the 720 form to the Tax Agency.

Since we were in a hurry we went with the 70 Euro option, but if we had had more time we would have tried the 15 Euro option.

AutoDeclaro.es was very attentive and was very responsive in keeping us informed the whole way. They were professional and responsible. AutoDeclaro.es has created a nice little niche business dealing with a tricky part of Spanish tax law, which a lot of local accountants do not even know how to do. Their prices seem very reasonable for what they offer especially considering their level of service. They even have detailed instructions on their web site on how to provide AutoDeclaro.es with the necessary broker information needed for the 720 form.

One bit of advice is to carefully check the filled out 720 form given to you by AutoDeclaro.es before you present it or have them present it to the Tax Agency. Ours had the correct stocks listed but forgot to include the ETFs which were on a different statement page. Anyway, just double check anything before submitting it to the Spanish tax agency because the penalties for errors can be large.

In sum, if you do not already have someone who can successfully fill out your 720 form at a reasonable price, then based on my experience I suggest that you use AutoDeclaro.es for this task. I am quite happy with the service that they provided.
