The new formulation of the Stress Relief lotion (with a brown cap) has a very strong perfumey fragrance. The previous formulation (lavender cap) had a very light, pleasant, natural smelling fragrance that i used happily for many, many years. I will no longer be purchasing this because of the new fragrance.

I am a foster carer, I first bought the lotion a few years ago for a baby and the smell was DIVINE. every time I have purchased it for subsequent babies the smell is just not the same - smells basic and cheap. Soo disappointing - why change??? I'd prefer to pay slightly more for something and enjoy using it!

The new formula burns and stings on the skin. Why have they changed it? The new product has a cheap feel and smells.

Look at the ingredients before you buy. For fellow individuals with eczema and dry skin, especially those with cuts (basically anyone who has ever used Aveeno in the past), I highly discourage using this new hand cream. It contains alcohol, citric acid, and a variety of other irritants. A bit weird for Aveeno to contain those if I'm honest.

I used it on my own hands first, and the few red patches of eczema pretty much doubled in size within a few hours and tripled in size by the next day. I thought it was just me, so I used my boyfriend as a test subject, and the poor guy had even worse effects than I did after using it - really sore, red hands down the forearms.

I love Aveeno but my complaint is the pump. I use Aveeno constantly and often the pump does not work. Only option is dumping it out. It is a frustrating problem.

I find it greasy and doesn't sink into your skin.

I am using Aveeno cream for the first time as i have just been diagnosed with allergies to Linalool, limonene and fragrances. That combined with my dishydrotic eczema and contact dermatitis i have been through just about every other cream for those too but since using Aveeno which i purchased 4 days ago my skin has calmed down considerably, it doesn't itch and the Aveeno cream is not thick and greasy so your skin can breathe and it doesn't have linalool in it. Hoorah! There aren't many products out there that don't have one or the other. I also note it has oat in it which is very soothing to the body and skin. I have to give this a 5 star.

I have extremely sensitive skin after undergoing radiation treatments. My dermatologist and oncologist both worked together to find something that would soothe my patches of skin that would occasionally feel like I had gotten into a patch of stinging nettle. After numerous trials and fails of every product you can think of. From OTC to extremely expensive high end, Aveeno for sensitive skin and Aveeno Calm & Restore line was suggested by them. For me these particular Aveeno products have been a God Send and literally life changing

I have several dermatological conditions including Acne and eczema that affect my face and my skin is very sensitive to skincare products. I have been using the Aveeno Calm + Restore Oat Cleanser as well as the Calm + Restore oat gel moisturiser for the past 3 months now and have not had any irritation. The cleanser is very gentle and doesn’t aggravate my skin and the moisturising gel helps reduce redness caused by the prescription acne cream I apply at night. My skin seem to like colloidal oat

I have used this product for years as I have bad eczema. I use it on my face as moisturiser and one of the large bottles lasts me a long time. I have finished using my last bottle (old formula) and started a new one (new formula) and instantly my face burnt and I developed huge red hives around my mouth and eyes. Then my eyes started streaming as well as sneezing and a scratchy throat. Not sure something that is encouraged for use by babies should cause you to take 2 Piriton to reduce such an adverse reaction. Terrible!

the formula seems to have changed for the oatmeal daily moisturizing. It says no added fragrance but seems to have a chemical smell very irritating to eyes and gives me a slight headache. Also stings not soothes skin. I have not bought Aveeno for awhile but picked some up the other day and waste of money.

I bought the Aveeno conditioner - Daily Moisture for Dry Hair, thinking this was supposed to be a brand using natural ingredients. I liked the idea of it having oat milk in it. On using it this morning though, I thought it felt really greasy and slippery and was so disappointed to find I couldn’t rinse it out properly. I spent ages in the shower trying to rinse it out, without success. My hair looks and has felt awful all day. I can’t wait for tomorrow morning to re-wash it and use another conditioner instead. On checking the tiny print on the bottle with a magnifying glass after drying it, I found it contains Amodimethicone and looking on internet it seems that this is NOT water soluble unless it contains cetrimonium chloride and trideceth-12. On checking the ingredient list on the bottle again, these are not in it - so that would seem to be why it looks and feels so greasy then.
I have since checked other Aveeno product ingredients and it looks like they all contain (non-natural) Dimethicone. What is the point of ruining the effect of good ingredients by adding such cheap nasty, oil-slick fillers? This will be going in the bin tomorrow and I won’t be trying anything else from Aveeno.

After a visit to the pharmacy due to flying dry facial skin, I was recommended aveeno rather than any fancy expensive cream or medication. I have for the last several years used aveeno and since doing so never suffered the same problem. We would all love to knock many years off your age, but as with with any treatment or product it is a combination of care that can help with that. Like hydration and not trying to fry yourself under a burning sun. However I use Aveeno for a specific reason, to help heal my skin and stop it flaking. The point is it is the only treatment I have ever used that actually works on my skin. So I will always continue to use it.

aveeno creams the blur one and the purple one is very bad on my baby's skin , its causing his skin to flare up more.its very expensive aswell.

Hand cream isn't even half full, brand new bottle today not even opened yet. Only figured this out because I put it down in front of my lamp.

Unpleasant smell that lingers
Not sure why Aveeno would want to make this change. Product does moisturise but I won't purchase this again

how can make cap so useless, I have full bag with shampoo

I bought Aveeno face cream. Have very dry skin. This cream smells so very bad, makes me gag putting it on my face. Have kept trying to use it, but smell is revolting. I guess i cant return it now that ive used it. Bought at local Walmart. Will have to find another brand i have sensative, thin , dry skin.

They have changed the formula and it smells terrible your body hand and face smell awful after usage and the formula is not as nice on the skin it leaves skin itchy red in places and gives you spots I have spots on my face and arms and due to this new formula I have emailed Aveeno to ask for help and hopefully a refund as I bought six bottles at £6.50 each which ai cannot use due to this new formula. The old formula was perfect in every way but not the new one. I am waiting their reply after sending all the information they requested

I bought the Aveeno body wash on February is a 33fl bottle it has been seating with daily use in my shower, today May 12th, I have notice a really bad smell to eat, drain smell like.
