There are better ways to lose money than this.

Like others I ordered more than a month ago. Nothing. Now there’s no website and they don’t respond to emails to the address given on their old site address. I tried a small order but they didn’t come through. Ok it may have been ‘lost’ in transit but that’s not a reason to ignore emails. Their loss, I would have given them good business.

buyer beware

Ordered a product with crypto. A few days later they emailed me saying they were out of the product, and instead of refunding me, gave me store credit. They didn't get the product back in stock for months, and when they did the amount I was allowed to order was limited to a fraction of what I had credit for, and it never arrived anyway.

There was a mix up with my address and…

There was a mix up with my address and I tried to resolve it with customer service and I got no confirmation that it was fixed after emailing them and creating customer service tickets. I’m have no idea if my order is being delivered or not

THE GOOD

THE GOOD: Used this company for about a year and half. Four out of five packages landed. Their customer service started off excellent but has not been as good recently (they just seem really busy). Their shipping has actually improved the last couple packages. I received my last package a couple days ago everything was as expected.

THE BAD: A couple days before the website went down all chems, even ones that weren’t available prior, became available at 30% discount. (Possible exit scam? ) We’ll see, I have one package remaining. If it arrives I will change to five stars and be a returning customer once the website comes back.

Not sure what happened

I'm actually pretty worried that something has happened to them. I have been waiting on an order I placed just shy of a month ago, but I don't have my hopes up now that all their sites and pages are down. I really, really hate doing chargebacks, but I really can't afford to lose that much money. Im going to give them a few more days to respond either here or via email and then, I suppose I'll need to do one. Their shipping on my first few packages wasn't terrible once we got some minor hiccups settled. I really don't think their scammers and they had a really nice selection. Unfortunately, this is probably the end for me in trusting the process. Anyway, bummer all the way around.

Bad reviews, impovement needed

Hi everyone, I just want to respond to the bad reviews. I've never had any problems in the whole year I've been placing orders. I usually recieve items within 4 working days. Nevertheless, things (shipping abroad) can go wrong, but I am convinced that it is not Benzoking's fault but the transport/postman/parcel delivery. And it depends on where you live.
Question to Benzoking: Can you change the shipping method for orders from abroad and choose a different delivery service? Maybe that will help. Not responding to messages from your customers is negligence. Last week I also noticed that the communication is bad, no communication at all.
This week the website was also down for a while. In order to keep your customers satisfied, you will have to be more accessible/ remain visible to the customers. create a chat function on the website and inform your customers via email when there are any problems on your side.

SCAM OR JUST REALLY CRAPPY AT THEIR JOB

my parcel didnt come and ive been waiting since july 12th its now augest 9th ...ive been waiting 28 days and its not like i got pressies i got blotters because someone said "they always make it through" ...
im now siting on a cloud of hopes and dreams and its not a comfortable cloud ...its a damp rainy cloud one that wont quit shocking the crap out of me evertime i check o see whats coming thenext day on my informed delivery ....I just hope my friend I referred at least get his ....he got alot of CRAP and paid in BTC.
If he doesn't get his parcel im not going to be happy ...hell im not happy about this whole ordeal...we both gave up and chalked this up as a scam because we went through absolutechems.com they delivered in 3 days
we went through serenitychems.com they came through in 3 days. there flubro and cLAM are off the hook ....idk there still may very be some hope! but until than i call it selective scamming! and for those that talk crap talk all you want this the enternet your not going to hurt my feelings, and that goes for me not getting my parcel that just proves to me im right. Go ahead and blame it on the u.s.p.s ...ive gotten plenty of packages in the 28 days of waiting on this so called "parcel" margacal you are underpaid ...your the sweatest

Identity theft

This is a set up to get your information. Huge scam.substandard quality and no service whatsoever the will not respond to an email unless they think they can bill you out of more money I've been trying for months and months to get access to the money in my wallet. There isn't any way. I had one response when I asked I was told by Jean Bern the owner operater that he couldn't reply to my request if that wasn't bad enough less than a month after leaving a 2 star review. I found out that 3 different accounts I have had been hacked by a Jean Bern from the Netherlands. He is a vindictive their and conman stay away for your own good. I thought it was just a terrible business with terrible service but he is way beyond that. Any legitimate positive review is from a first or second time customer. His business is set to get your information.

Many thanks but it is unlikely one sees a “picture of your order” if one happens to use one of the shipping options that advertise as such.

Products and service (shipping) time were all excellent - however, even after scouring the website, i consistently cannot access the full features of the most expensive shipping options (the ones that promise pictures of the order and shipping from Germany or The Netherlands). I started a support ticket in the past concerning receiving the photos of the order, but that went unanswered and was closed upon my order being received. I just want to make absolutely sure that there’s nothing for which i can fault the BenzoKing team l (perhaps it is my error or inattention to access details), but this is an outright violation of our [pricey] agreed-upon shipping arrangment: I would like to see the pictures of the order when ordered and tracking information is applicable.

It has been a 9.0/10 experience with this vendor, and it has yielded some incredible results; however, false advertising is a big no fo for me, especially with how complex the mailing system is in my city.

I appreciate the team’s hard work, but would like to see small improvement,
