DHL is terrible

Delivery with DHL is terrible so I didn't get my parcel. Now I have to take a day off work to wait all day for my parcel to arrive. I am very disappointed that was my birthday present.

I recently installed a new kitchen and…

I recently installed a new kitchen and I purchased a lot of kitchen appliances from the taupe range. Purchased a kettle which constantly leaks everywhere when you pour the boiling water. Emailed to complain that the kettle must be faulty, customer services asked me to send a video which I did. Received a video back and was informed I was not pouring the kettle properly. Explained to Berlinger Haus customer services that I was pouring the kettle correctly, explained the kettle must be faulty only to be told that I could send kettle back for them to check the kettle for faults, this would be at my own expense!!! If the kettle was found not to be faulty I would incur further expenses to return the kettle back to myself. Appalling customer service with an attitude of blame culture towards the customer. Not only was the kettle faulty the salt grinder I received was not working properly when I inserted the batteries, the button at the top would not move and had to remove batteries to stop the salt constantly grinding. Once again I was asked to send another video to show the fault. This took weeks of constant emails I was eventually sent a video on how to fix the faulty salt grinder. Thirdly I received my new sensor bin without the lid hoop which keeps the lid in place, this took another few weeks and I was eventually sent a new hoop but was informed that the bins are always checked before postage, customer services were practically calling me a liar. I purchased several products which cost over £500 to match my new kitchen. Berlinger Haus customer service is very poor, uncaring and have a terrible attitude of blame towards the customer. I would not recommend buying anything from this Company attitude stinks and treated very unfairly, not even an apology absolutely disgusting way to be treated. It is evident that once this Company receive payment for goods purchased they are not interested in resolving any issues with regards to faulty goods. Please listen to the previous reviews on poor customer service because they are very accurate. Will not purchase anything else!!!!😡very frustrating and unprofessional!!

After carefully reviewing all correspondence, we can confirm that you reported three separate issues. Two of these were resolved within standard resolution times — one within 48 hours and another within 14 days, as a spare part needed to be arranged. Throughout this process, our team kept you informed at each stage.
Regarding the kettle, our team requested a short video demonstration to assess whether the product was faulty. Based on the information received, the kettle did not appear to meet the criteria for a confirmed manufacturing fault, and therefore, a free return could not be automatically offered. However, we did provide you with two available options should you wish us to carry out a detailed inspection. Please rest assured that if a product is found to be faulty after inspection, all related costs (including postage) are fully reimbursed.
We appreciate that following the warranty and returns procedures can sometimes feel frustrating, but these steps are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers. We also understand that managing several product queries at the same time can cause delays, and we always encourage customers to report all issues together where possible to help us resolve matters more efficiently.
Our customer service team is committed to assisting every customer with respect and care, and we are sincerely sorry if this was not how you felt during your experience. We would still be happy to look into the kettle issue further. Please don’t hesitate to reach back out so we can proceed with one of the resolution options offered.

Avoid, products fall apart

these products are awful. From the start there were problems. Not round, first it was just 2 out of the set, i have had replacements sent but again problems, in fact one has still not arrived. But within a couple of months we noticed paint outside was falling off and no we never put in dishwasher! We just cleaned with soap wand water. Then inside the pans we also noticed the metal was disappearing, our worry now is we have ingested. I cannot believe how bad they were, we spent so much money on then and now are looking for a complete new set. Never buy these products, worst ever in kitchenware.

They don’t respond to my mails, no more information feedback is given, even my order arrived normally.

Our system automatically generates two confirmation emails: one once the order is received and another when the order is dispatched, along with a tracking link for Royal Mail delivery. In addition, our team has responded to the messages you left through the contact form.

We have checked and confirmed that the email address provided in your order and in the contact forms is correct. It may be worth checking your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails are filtered there.

Poor customer service as no response

Purchase appears straightforward but I have not hear back regarding the order. Have not received the products. Have contacted customer service twice and no response. Having to attempt to contact them again. This is disappointing as my mum had ordered from the same company and was happy with the product.

At that time, we informed you that your order had been dispatched on the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 5–6 business days via DHL. A tracking link was provided via text and/or email.
Typically, our customers receive two confirmation emails automatically generated by our system after placing an order, along with three tracking updates directly from DHL. Additional delivery information is also available on our website.
