If I could give 6 stars, I would. Someone is always a quick chat away in both English and Danish. Using the App for receipts makes the build up to paying VAT and SKAT all the more easier. Invoicing is also a breeze, sending customized invoices and reminders. I also like that I can send clients their own portal so they can see what they have paid to date. There are so many perks, I simply cannot name them all. As an international with a business in Denmark, I have no interest in going elsewhere for my bookkeeping needs. I especially would like to thank Philip, Cecilie, Mikkel & Peter for their continued patience and support.

Ok for tiny businesses
It's ok for the simples types of businesses, but once you need to do something slightly more complex you are funneled into never ending pay-for-feature.
It claims to connect you with accountants who are specialized in this software but this is a non-existent feature. Been waiting for 3 months, filled their modules several times, and nobody ever contacted me. It's just collecting personal data.

Very good platform with fair pricing
Very good platform with fair pricing. It is the only one I have used that handles multicurrency accounts smoothly even in the free version. The support team is outstanding, and Jonas in particular helped me with everything I needed.

I had to file back some invoices and…
I had to file back some invoices and transactions after switching from Dinero to billy.dk and Philip was extra patient with all of my idiot questions about how to file the invoices and transaction in a way how it doesn't affect my Invoice numbering. That was a huge help in a middle of SKAT screening, so I'm more than glad and grateful for our interaction. :)

Decent program but dropping customer service quality
For simple transactions, Billy is the right software but once it becomes more complex, weird workarounds are needed and the quality of the customer support chat has decreased strongly in the last months. Unfortunately, the answers are often generic and don't consider the situation explained fully. Instead of asking questions, the same generic answer is repeated. Waiting times of 10min+ are too long for a mediocre answer that cannot be used.

The book keeper you did not know you needed
I spent hours researching for the best accounting/book keeping company for a one man freelancer ApS and found Billy. Very easy to use, modern interface, customer service answering up within 2 minutes up to 22:00 at night. And for programmers like me that always complain about that one option that is missing to make an application perfect, well... Billy has an API. So yeah, perfect for my needs. Oh and, did I say that they're the cheapest in the market... yeah, I spent several hours researching and as of now, you won't find cheaper.

In it for the long run
So first of all shout out to KEVIN in the customer service chat. It's always intimidating and vulnerable to navigate finances and I'm glad I chose Billy over Dinero for several reasons:
1. It's dashboard is much more user friendly.
2. When you get a caring person on the chat that actually helps you and is patient -- makes me not want to give up.
3. Having it in English it's less likely I'll mess up the process
Feeling high hopes with this platform for the long run.
