Great experience

Great experience. Wonderful bouquet which after a week still looks great. The flower nutrient and fresh gel really help to keep the flowers pretty and the way the flowers are selected and arranged is beautiful.

Great quality flowers

Great quality flowers, good service and good value. I was worried b the amount of low reviews on here but decided to give it a go anyway because the next lowest price I could find was way above this and pleased to say it's worked out very well. No negative feedback

Fresh blooms and on time!

My mother-in-law was moved to tears when she received these gorgeous peonies, accompanied by chocolates and a card. This is hands down the most reliable online florist I've ever used! The peonies arrived exactly when requested and bloomed perfectly the next day. Their user-friendly app makes ordering a breeze, and I'm definitely making them my go-to for all future flower deliveries. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for such beautifully arranged and professionally delivered bouquets.

I chose a specific date for delivery to…

I chose a specific date for delivery to see what flowers were available. The options were shown and I made my choice. However at the checkout the message came up 'not available for delivery on the chosen date' I adjusted the date by 2 days, same message pops up; I again adjusted the date by a day, same message, I again adjusted the date and guess what? Same message not available. If the product is not available why display it as an option for purchase? I contacted B&W bot and was connected to an agent who was with the UK section & could not help but said they would transfer me to the German section (flowers are to go to Germany) After half an hour I gave up waiting for the next agent and sent a message on B&W Whatsapp, still no response after 45 mins so maybe their Whatsapp is not manned either, who knows?
All in all a terrible service, (if you can call it service as it was non existent) and I certainly cannot recommend the German BloomandWild what a disappointment as I used them for a delivery in the UK and there was no problem.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service
Used last year - worked greatly. This time I wanted to send flowers and cake. The shop is not working. Tested App and Browser. Should have been gift so it was important for me. Asked customer service - only got stupid platitudes. Nice idea about the shop - but execution should work too.

Completely ruined the gift

Firstly delivery didn't deliver the package as they should have. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend as a surprise gift and they completely ruined it. They rang the doorbell and in the matter of minute my gf was downstairs looking for them but there were nothing and nobody. I called the callcenter where they told me they tried at 11:25 and couldn't meet the receiver. I looked when my gf wrote me about it and it was at 11:26. So i assume they didn't wait even a Minute. What the heck is that? I paid extra to deliver this gift at this particular day, what did i pay for? The second day at the Live-Tracking website of DPD I wrote that they can leave the package at the front door, just so there is no way they gonna miss it. But oh God they ruined it up again, they didn't fckn ring the doorbell. They just left the flowers at the front door without telling the receiver that it arrived. Also, the package was ripped apart, the box was half open, flowers were flattened and looking horribly. One of the flower's bud was just ripped apart. I am really pissed of about it and I would not recommend this company to others.

Flowers not delivered..no cash refund

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend, but unfortunately, they were never delivered. When I contacted the company about the issue, they only offered to resend the flowers or provide a refund in the form of account credit. I believe they should offer a full refund to my original payment method instead. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend their service.

No star

If I would, I would give this no star. Sad to say because I have used Bloom and Wild Germany before, and they used to be very good, with excellent service. No more- late and sloppy delivery, no explanation, no apology, credit instead of a refund. I shall not use again.

One star to many for a box of dead…

One star to many for a box of dead flowers. Reported it online, sent photos and was advised they'd come to life in water, obviously they didn't, so contacted them and they claimed they never received anything.

Disapointing, Starved Bouquet of flowers for my Mum's Birthday

I would even give a 0 star - I am so disappointed
I sent flowers for my Mum's Birthday
If I would have known what she will get...
She sent me a picture with a thank you and how happy she was - and I was only ashamed.
After a couple of day I felt that I had to write a review.
A starved bouquet of flowers for my Mum's 73 Birthday. Just sad.

My son has often sent me your flowers

My son has often sent me your flowers, and after a few days when they've puffed out I send him a picture. But I won't be able to do that this time. He's sent me a ' Juliet' for mother's day. However the roses have already started going over. Some other small flowers fell off in box. There was no plant food. So I've said my thankyou ,but I can't tell him that he's spent his money on this disappointment.

I reached out to B&W Germany via…

I reached out to B&W Germany via Whatsapp with some queries surrounding the location of my delivery. I spoke to Luca on the customer service team, who responded promptly and solved my query very quickly.

Would highly recommend!

Not reliable delivery service

I was ordering a surprise bouquet for Valentine's day. I ordered a few days prior to the date to make sure the flowers arrived right on time.

On February 14th the tracking code just turned to "Leider konnten wir Ihr Paket nicht zustellen.
Unstimmigkeit bei Empfangsadresse." and no courier came.

I immediately contacted customer service, but they only replied the next day, when (obviously) I didn't need any flowers. The customer service specialist rearranged the delivery on February 16th despite my asking for a straight refund, however, on February 16th the same situation happened, so there was no delivery again. The courier wasn't able to (or didn't want to) find the doorbell or I don't know what was the reason. My wife waited for her bouquet sitting at home for two days, so just imagine how dumb I look in her eyes.

Funny thing is that their website doesn't allow you to enter the recipient's phone number, so I guess this kind of situation happens with them quite often.

Also, I don't know what may be the reason for using the absolutely cheapest possible courier service, when you deliver 50€ bouquets, that is certainly not the lowest price tag for a few flowers.

100% NOT recommended, don't trust the fancy websites.

Happy customer for years

I have been ordering flowers and small gifts from Bloom & Wild for a while now and for every Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or any similar occasion you might gift somebody flowers, B&W has been an ideal service to use.
The flowers are beautifully arranged, and the options are always diverse and appropriate to the respective occasion or season. The website and the app are very easy to use, and also the deliveries have always arrived on time. I have been a very happy customer so far and I can only recommend B&W for the great work they have been doing so far - Thumbs up and five stars from me!

The worst flower delivery service…

The worst flower delivery service ordered flowers to arrive on a Saturday for a birthday in Germany. Finally, got there on Wednesday- completely wilt
wouldn´t use their service again

Arrives in bud, did y'all read that?

The flowers are beautiful, at first glance they look pricy but end up cheaper if you consider that shipping is free and a greeting card is included.
I sent flowers to my family and friends, they arrived looking green and dull, but a quick trim and a couple hours in water and they start to come to life. Great customer support too, one of the flowers arrived frozen and they were replaced immediately despite them recovering okay.
