O serviço Português que prestamos é efectivamente feito em 1 a 2 dias uteis.
No entanto para o serviço funcionar é fundamental que a morada esteja identificada.
O serviço do motorista da transportora foi exemplar e profissional.
No seu caso concreto e como bem sabe, alem da rua não estar idenficada, a morada não consta em GPS, Waze, Maps ou Google, ou seja, sem se saber qual a rua não era possivel fazer a entrega.
Facto pelo qual o motorista quando chegou à zona do codigo postal, utilizou o contacto telefonico que deixou na sua ficha às 15:16 conforme registo estando o mesmo inacessível.
A sua encomenda foi colocada na 3ª feira à noite, começando o prazo a contar na 4ª feira.
A sua encomenda foi enviada na 4ª feria.
A sua encomenda foi para entrega na 5ª feira, dia em que não possivel fazer a entrega pelo motivo acima mencionado, o que levou ao re.agendamento de nova entrega, re-iniciando o prazo de 1 a 2 dias uteis que foi cumprido pois Sábado e Domingo não contam. A encomenda foi entregue na 2ª feira. Apenas não foi entregue na 5ª feira por a morada não consta em GPS, Waze, Maps ou Google e o seu contacto não ter estado disponivel.
Todavia e contando os dias e mesmo com a falha de 5ª feria, a entrega demorou 3 dias.

I messaged the store on WhatsApp and they have been so helpful,rapid and clear in the responses... 10 out of 10 for customer service... I will definitely be using them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
