Low quality and non-existent customer service
I bought earrings just 5 months ago. Even though they were only worn occasionally, both of them lost their pearls within the first 3 months. After contacting customer service, I received no response. Unfortunately, the quality is really poor, and the customer service is non-existent.

I really enjoy ByBiehl jewellery as they have beautiful design, good quality and serve several causes when you buy from specific collections (Ocean Flow, Jungle Ivy etc.). I am very happy with their overall customer service, as I have been a client for 3 years now.

Bad quality and no good service
I bought a bracelet about a year ago - gold with pearls. Even though I took very good care of it (no water, sweat, no wearing it to bed,etc) it has now lost the gold entirely. For that price super bad quality, I have H&M jewelry that has lasted longer. And when I went to the store, because this must clearly just be a manufacturing error and would fall under warranty, I was refused any help right up front. “There is nothing we can do”.
Extremely disappointed in the brand and would not recommend on any level.
