Absolutely bad customer service, ordered more than 10 days ago, no package received, online help is a bot and they don’t answer the phone. This company should be shut down, reporting to consumer protections.

This is the very last time i Will shop here, i ordered for more than 11 days ago, I can see the package is still
In Sweden, they promised 3 days delivery, this is the second time this happens, I WONT order from here again!! This is a terrible service !! No customer service, email
Or tlf.. just lies!!. I just want to cancel everything, but I guess getting the money back will be even worst than getting the goods.
