Year 1 - great cashback on debit card spends. Year 2 - restricted cash back and a deposit required. Year 3 - company went insane with deposit demands and poor cashback. Year 3 was when they lost my business.

I'm very disappointed with Chase and plan to leave them at the next nearest opportunity. They have weird and ridiculous rules if you ring them for help, and they make it virtually impossible to get the assistance you need. None of it made sense to me and dealing with them was a very unnecessarily upsetting experience. I'm not a happy customer at all and cannot recommend them to anyone. They are to be avoided at all costs.

If I could give no starts I would!! Can’t give me any explanation on why they have put my account under review all the agents say different things 1 told me I had fraud on my account next said can’t see any of that and no payments are flagged they lie to customers I was with chase since 2021 and never had a issue before. Left me with no money and stole 5k from me. I would love a response from chase why they think this is acceptable to do this to a young woman. I want a reason, my money back and compensation for the stress I have been put through over the past 72hours.
Blocked out of my app requested my bank statements to be sent and they sent them in a format I can’t open as it’s all within the app this is appalling.your agents and management need more training. I am a key worker and this is completely unacceptable to have a customer worry for days on end with no answer. I would love to know who the relevant team are and what they do appropriately worm mon-Fri 8-5 but they were currently working on my account Sunday night. A absolute complete joke. Stole 5k from me. Plenty of videos online where the same thing has happened to others as well.
Since Monzo let me down I decided to go with the Chase bank and they seem a lot better and more reliable and smarter and have excellent customer service who don’t let there customers down

Started out brightly. Simply went down hill on all product offerings.A huge disappointment and I’ve had to switch to a reliable and competitive banking partner.
Excellent, outstanding customer service support 02/02/26. The main reason to keep my Chase Bank account open.
The app is easy to use without an excessive amount of verification. My only complaint is with the low daily withdrawal limit of £25k which is frustrating when trying to make investments out of savings. The payment option keeps defaulting to the current account despite all transactions happening out of the savings account.
Used to be a great account, now cash back cut, savings rates cut, payments out of the account however big or small go pending for ages which is not great when a child just needs money for a bus fare. Support take hours to respond now as used to be instant. Have moved all my everyday banking to Santander & only use chase when purchasing fuel for the cashback
So far so good. New customer interest rates on saver account (12 months only). 1% cash back debit card.
Will be reviewing the interest rates at the end of this term. Please keep competitive rates to keep my custom .
